This fantastic stone cottage is situated in the very small, remote and tranquil location of Goswick, which is located midway between Berwick-upon-Tweed and Holy Island.
The 3 bedroom cottage, which is used by the owner, is furnished and decorated to a high standard, whilst retaining the charm of the original beams and a wood/multi-fuel burner stove. It boasts uninterrupted views towards the dunes, which lead to the vast beautiful well renown beach of Goswick Sands, all within walking distance. To the left of the cottage is the prestigious championship golf course of Goswick with its club house just under a mile from the cottage.
This cottage is ideally located to allow you the choice of a totally peaceful retreat or the option to venture farther afield and explore the beautiful region.

COTTAGE FACILITIES
The cottage presents a well-equipped holiday home comprises of ground floor open-plan lounge and dining area, fully fitted, well-equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms (one en-suite) and twin bedroom. Family bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC.
Fully enclosed garden is at the front of the cottage, private driveway for two cars.
Children and dogs welcome, non-smokers only.
LOCATION
Goswick Sands is a spectacular area of unspoilt coastline which stretches from the beautiful Holy Island of Lindisfarne up to the historic border town of Berwick-upon-Tweed.
The cottage is set almost in the middle of one of the biggest natural nature reserves in England with a multitude of plants, wildlife and birds.
Activities include: golf, horse riding, walking cycling and fishing.
